What to do in the event of water damage:<\/h1>\n

\nTurn off all Electronics. Never wade in water to do this.
\nRemove items not affected by the water
\nRemove as much excess water as possible, use a mop, broom or squeegee. DO NOT USE A SHOP VAC
\nPlace small pieces of plastic trash bags under furniture
\nTurn on Air Conditioner in the summer, open windows in the winter to assist in drying
\nOpen Cabinets & Drawers for drying. DO NOT FORCE OPEN
\nPunch small holes in sagging ceilings. Don\u2019t forget to place containers under draining water.
